Like other dynamos, the Steam Dynamo will only output power in one direction, the other sides of the block can be used to connect ducting. A more sustainable source of water can be created by connecting the dynamo to a water pipe using Liquiduct or by placing the dynamo on top of a Aqueous Accumulator. Water can be added by right clicking the dynamo with a water bucket. To manually add fuel to the dynamo, right click the unit and place the fuel into the fuel slot. Steam is used at a rate of 40 mB/tick, but only if the dynamo is over half-full of Steam.įuel and water can be ducted into the dynamo or inserted manually. The Steam Dynamo requires Steam to generate power Steam may be supplied directly via Fluiducts, or the dynamo may instead be supplied with Water and a fuel such as Coal, Charcoal, or Coal Coke. Like all other Dynamos, it generates Redstone Flux at a rate of 80 RF/tick. The Steam Dynamo is a power-generating machine from Thermal Expansion. ![]()
